Affiliate Program Expectations: Program Rules & Guidelines

To ensure fairness, transparency, and compliance, all affiliates must follow these boundaries when participating in the program:

✅ General Conduct

• Affiliates must promote our products/services honestly and ethically.
• Misleading claims, false advertising, or spam tactics are strictly prohibited.
• Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, including advertising and consumer protection regulations.

🔗 Use of Affiliate Links

• Each affiliate receives a unique referral link. This link must be used to track sales, in the backend of the Style Me Website.
• Affiliates may share links on websites, blogs, social media, newsletters, or other approved channels. Links may be used in paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads)

📢 Marketing Guidelines

• Affiliates may use approved marketing materials provided on the Affiliates Page (logos, banners, text links).
• Affiliates can create their own reels, testimonials to promote the digital products.
• Affiliates may not alter or misrepresent branding.
• Affiliates must avoid promoting offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content.

💰 Commission Rules

• Commissions are earned only on completed, non-refunded sales.

🧾 Payments

• Payouts are made according to the published schedule (e.g. monthly).
• Affiliates must provide accurate payment details to receive commissions.
• The program administrator reserves the right to withhold payments if fraudulent activity is suspected.

Payments can be made via:

• EFT
• PayPal
• Wise

🚫 Prohibited Activity

•     Using affiliate links in spam emails, pop-ups, or intrusive advertising.
•     Bidding on company brand names in search engine ads without permission.
•     Creating websites or social media accounts that impersonate the company.
•     Any activity that damages the company’s reputation.

⚖️ Enforcement

•     Violations of these rules may result in removal from the program.
•     The program administrator reserves the right to update rules as needed.
•     Affiliates will be notified of major changes to guidelines.
